Description
This oil painting was created en plein air from the interior of Tejon Ranch, California in the southern San Joaquin Valley, and shows a pristine California landscape with rolling hills and oaks. Tejon Ranch was founded in 1843 and consists of 270,000 acres, including 10,000 acres of the Pacific Crest Trail.
