Description Created as a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art, the artist used the traditional marble-cutting tools of hammer and chisel to develop this free-form bas-relief sculpture. The classical concept of the ideal female form is made contemporary with Bácsi's play on the word "pear" to emphasize the subject's shapein the title, "Pear-fect." The work has the timeless appeal of time-honored skills, yet provides a playful wit.
