The Santa Barbara Maritime and Curator Emily Falke have worked for eight years to obtain a very special art exhibit, The Peaceful Sea: Paintings by Kevin A. Short,” scheduled for August 11-December 31. This long awaited exhibition will feature more that 35 seascapes and ocean-themed landscapes by the renowned contemporary painter and Santa Barbara native who has been described as a coastal regionalist.
