Artist Statement
“I love painting the light on these translucent waves above crescent city in the most northern part of California. This small cove is sheltered by the Great Dragon Rocks, which were discovered and named by George Vancouver in the 1790s. The work pays homage some of the most rugged coastline of the Golden State."
