Artist Statement
"Painted one atmospheric morning at Lake Tahoe, California. These large rock domes are probably smoothed over by ancient glaciers, and they are now cracking and peeling off rock chunks like giant onion skins! If I hadn’t become an artist I’d probably be a geologist.”
