Artist Statement
“When I pick up my morning cup of coffee and breathe in the aroma, I become fully aware of the here and now. I don’t think of the past anymore, or of the future. I am free of those concerns, and so, I can enjoy my coffee in a real encounter of determined joy. When I find, and declare, this joy within myself, I can actually bring some joy into the world.”
