Artist Statement
"This view with the massive oak tree reflection and the wonderful shape of the hills in the background, is stunning any time of the day but especially in the early morning when the sun creates the wonderful highlights and shadows on everything it touches. There are a number of percolating pools in this area and the State of California would benefit to learn how to shuttle water into the aquafer without building large and extensive dams. On this JPL property, each of the pools have controls to regulate the flow of water rather that just sending the water to the ocean."
